  When I called to make my appointment I made it very clear that I was having my old IUD removed and wanted a new one. My appointment was made about a month out because of my schedule and the DRs....when I got there, I discovered from the nurse right before I was to be seen that they will not do IUDs at this office. She offered for me to see her anyway, and to just get a refferal for the IUD, but what is the point of that? Why would I want to go somewhere that can't take care of my needs? I am absolutely livid because in all those weeks waiting for my appointment, I could have had it taken care of by someone else and not taken off work early to come here and waste my time. Super upset.

  Great doctor and staff! Very caring and friendly, but also very professional... My whole family sees Dr. Pachiano and would highly recommend her to everyone! J limp
